3 STEPS TO EASY PARKING!
- On your arrival date, drive to the entry barriers at the South Terminal Short Stay car parks.
- As you have pre-booked you do not have to press for a ticket, just wait 10-15 seconds at the entry barrier, the camera system will recognise your vehicle registration & produce a ticket for you with your registration marked above the barcode, if your vehicle is not recognised please press the button for a ticket*. Take your ticket and proceed to the entry barriers of the Valet Parking area on Level 2 of Red Car Park 2, please press the button and the barrier will raise, then park your vehicle and report to Valet reception.
- Make your way to BLOC Gatwick, just a 2 minute walk into the Terminal.
*The number plate recognition rates are very high, but if the camera system doesn't recognise your vehicle on entry and doesn't produce a ticket, please press the button and take the ticket that is produced.
PREMIUM SECURITY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once you have checked-in with your airline, please follow signs to the Premium Security lanes where you will need to show a printout of your confirmation receipt alongside all travellers boarding cards. This will give complimentary access for up to 5 people to the Premium Security Lanes. Please ensure that you print out your receipt as confirmation of purchase.

OFFICIAL GATWICK VALET PARKING IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Gatwick Airport Limited car parks are priced per 24 hour period or part thereof. Prices are subject to change. The number of “days” (24 hour periods) charged for when you pre-book is calculated on the basis of the car park entry and exit times provided when confirming your booking with Reservations. However, if your actual entry and exit time changes from that specified and as a result your actual time in the car park runs into another 24 hour period over and above that booked, you will be liable for an additional day’s charge by Gatwick Airport Limited at the drive-up tariff. This is set out at the entrance to the car park, and this amount must be settled before you leave the car park. Please note that this applies irrespective of the reason why you are late back into the car park, unless your delayed return is caused by the negligence of the Airport.
From the direction of London or Brighton, exit the M23 at junction 9 following signs on the roundabout for Gatwick Airport. Use the filter lane and turn left at the first roundabout (J9a) following signs for the South Terminal. Continue straight towards the terminal and take the 3rd turning (filter lane) on the right with the South Terminal Short Stay ticket barriers directly ahead. On entering the short stay car parks proceed to Car Park 2 (red), Level 2, park and report to Valet Parking reception.

Exit the terminal on the 2nd floor and proceed to the Valet return office situated on the 2nd floor of Car Park 2 (red). Report to reception where the keys will be handed over and your vehicle will be waiting in close proximity.
The car storage area is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and frequently patrolled by trained staff. The site has CCTV, security lighting and a perimeter fence in additional to being an on-site parking facility within the Gatwick airport perimeter. Park Mark approved. The Airport is responsible for ensuring that your car is driven carefully, and the Airport and its subcontractors are insured for any loss or damage to your vehicle which occurs as a result of the negligent driving of the Airport’s employees and subcontractors, who are providing the Valet Parking services. Please check your vehicle before leaving the car park and in the unlikely event of damage occurring, report to a member of staff within the Customer Service Office before leaving the car park.
BLUE BADGE HOLDERS
This parking product is suitable for Blue Badge holders with the reception building and vehicle drop off/pick up area fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA).
The vehicle keys need to be handed to our fully trained and insured Valet staff in the reception building
