Capacity: 47,060 Inspired by Salmani architecture, this stadium aims to blend authenticity, heritage, and modernity, serving as a main venue for one of the football clubs and hosting various events. Capacity: 45,700 Inspired by local coral reefs, this sta- dium will be part of a larger devel- opment aimed at economic growth, environmental sustainability, and community integration, including hotels and public King Khalid University Stadium, Abha. Capacity: 45,428 Located southeast of Abha City, this stadium will undergo expansion and renovation, focusing on updating infrastructure while considering its historical context, to host several matches. King Salman International Stadium. Saudi Arabia’s largest stadium, seating 92,000 spectators, it is designed to host the opening and final matches of the FIFA World Cup 2034™, and will integrate seamlessly with the natural landscape, using terrain and habitat to form part of its roof. This innovative design offers natural shading and ventilation suited to the de- sert climate. Located northeast of Riyadh, near the airport, it ensures easy access. Following the Word Cup™, the stadium will become the official national venue, anchoring urban development and hosting major national events, concerts, and sport- ing occasions, reflecting the kingdom’s cultural and sporting ambitions.
