BLOC Hotel Gatwick is offering a full refund, with no penalties, to any of our guests affected by Monarch Airlines going into administration.

The biggest ever UK airline failure has resulted in 750,000 passengers with future bookings cancelled: holiday plans are in tatters and careers on the line.

Our sympathies are with the thousands of staff and holidaymakers affected. This is a dreadful blow to the industry.

Rob Morgan, Managing Director of BLOC Hotels, said: “Nothing can make up for ruined holiday plans. We feel the pain of those who have been left in limbo by the collapse of Monarch.

“People are facing weeks, or even months, of uncertainty, wondering whether they will see their money again.

“We don’t want them to worry about bookings made with BLOC. That is why we have moved to offer a full refund to all of our guests who have been affected.”
