Our standard Corporate Rate Agreement.

The agreement will be valid until 30 December and shall not be automatically extended and is to be re-negotiated on 1 December for the following year.

Rates are confidential, quoted in £ are valid per room, per night. All rates are;

• Non-commissionable.
• For transient business travel only up to 5 rooms per night (excluding bookings for conference or group events) and confirmed upon availability.
• Non last room availability.

Rates and conditionals cannot be applied for large group bookings attending city-wide congresses, meetings, or events, which are contracted by a separate Groups Agreement.

The above rates are based on the Client achieving a minimum of 20 room-nights in the calendar year ‘Annual Room Night Production’ and will be reviewed quarterly.

Should the Company find that room night production in an applicable period is below Bloc Hotel’s minimum expectations based on the Annual Room Night Production levels stated in the Agreement, Bloc Hotel shall be entitled to immediately, upon notice to the Client, adjust the above room rates.

The Client can create a reservation on Bloc Hotel's website (blochotels.com) using a confidential promotional code, by emailing [email protected] or calling our Reservation Team.

Cancellations made by 12:00 noon the day prior to arrival will incur no charge. Cancellation of a guaranteed reservation after 12:00 noon the day prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to the first night as a no-show charge.

Check-In is at 15:00, and Check-out is at 12:00.
