Start a Price Promise claim.
For a successful claim, you must meet the following requirements. 1. You contact us within 24 hours after you have made the booking with us (for a difference refund) or before you have made the booking with the third party. 2. You provide us with a link to the same rate which is still online and publicly available (e.g. excluding any vouchers, gift cards or member rates). 3. The other offer must be for the same property and accommodation type. 4. The other offer must be for the same check-in and check-out dates. 5. The other offer must have the same cancellation policy and conditions. 6. Prices must be in £GBP.
