Bloc Birmingham, Jewellery Quarter: We don't provide parking. Nearby options include Northwood Street (50 yards), Newhall Street (352 yards), Ludgate Hill (528 yards), plus on-street parking.

Do you offer accessibility accommodations?
Yes, we provide level access to public areas and modified bedrooms with accessible bathrooms. Contact us in advance to verify that specific requirements can be met.

Do you accept pets? 
Only working assistance dogs for disabled people are permitted.

Is smoking allowed?
No, all our hotels are completely smoke-free. Smoking or vaping incurs a £250 cleaning charge and immediate removal from the hotel.

Can you hold deliveries or luggage?
No, we cannot accept deliveries or store luggage for security reasons. All deliveries are returned to the sender.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?
Yes, there is a hairdryer in every room hanging up behind the door. We have extra spare hairdryers available at reception if needed.

Can I order takeaway food to the hotel?
Yes, but for security reasons, we cannot allow any delivery drivers into guest-only corridors or spaces.

Do you provide clothes irons?
Yes, there are free ironing rooms accessible to all guests. Follow the signs, or ask at reception for directions.

Yes, CCTV operates in all public areas for security and service management.

Guest data is stored for 180 days after checkout for service purposes.

Do you allow photography in the hotel?

How do I make a complaint?
Report issues to the duty manager immediately during your stay. If unresolved, write to Customer Services with the booking reference and full details to [email protected]

What happens to lost property?
Valuable items are held for one month, then donated to charity (Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice at Gatwick, local charities including Acorns Children's Hospice at Birmingham).

What are the consequences of misconduct?
Failure to respect other guests, violence, abuse, illegal conduct, or use of controlled substances will result in immediate removal from the hotel without refund, plus liability for damages, cleaning costs, and potential legal action.

Can I have visitors? 
Yes, but visitors must register with a photo ID on arrival and leave by 10:00 PM. Respect noise levels and don't overcrowd rooms.
